The Red Sea

Dear Sweetwater Mustang Fans:
Just a note to say I hope everyone attending tonight's game at Mustang Bowl wears red. I think it would be awesome if the whole bowl were a Sea of Red for our visitors from Andrews.
Remember, Mustang Bowl has a history (and the Andrews Coach used to coach here) of being loud and supportive. Let's show the fine folks from Andrews the power of the Red Sea!!!!!

I was at Sweetwater in the early 90’s. To make a long story short I never got a chance to play on the varsity because we moved to Louisiana after my sophomore year. I now volunteer coach at a 2A school in my backyard. I have told my players different things about the Mustangs over the past two years and was wondering if there was any way to receive some pictures or any other information about the program that helped me realize what I wanted to be. Hopefully if all goes well I will graduate in spring 2005 with a certification in Math Education and have a couple years experience coaching also. If this gets back to the coaches that were there at the time I was I would also like to say that although it did not show up then they each were a positive influence on my life and I hope to one day be as good a coach as they were both on and off the field.
