Howdy Snyder,

My name is Sonny Birdwell, Big Bird to my friends.

I am the Quarterback for the Mustangs. Don't let this goofy picture fool ya, I know what's going on. I just want to tell ya'll we are really looking forward to playing on ya'lls pretty grassy field. I'm not as fast as my cousin the Roadrunner, but I'm tellin ya, he's fast. He was the state runner up in the relays last year. In other words, he is like the 2nd fastest human in class 3A in the state!

Ya know what cracks me up about the Roadrunner? When he goes by ya, you might hear him say "beep beep"...hahahahaha it just cracks me up!

I'll tell ya about another guy I wouldn't mess with. That's ol Batman, Joseph Banyard. Batman is a real cool guy, but you give him a football and his dispostion is completely different. It's like when he runs with the ball, he's MAD! Make sure your helment is on pretty good before you even try to tackle him.

I also want to mention something about ol Bull Beckwith. I wouldn't be messin much with him either. He's a pretty cool guy, but he can get in your backfield on a pretty regular basis. I heard he's itchin to get back there. Oh....and I forgot to tell ya about my buddy Justin Adames....you want to talk about having an attitude? This guy is like a 1 man wrecking crew. The dude gets kinda crazy sometimes...but he's really a good guy. Something about black and gold sort of sets him off though.

Pssssst, hey Snyder, know what I heard? I heard we just might get one of our players back for ya'lls game. Now, I'm not gonna tell ya who that might be....but let's just say he and I see things about the same...hahahaha man, it's gonna be great to see him back!

Well, I just wanted to stop by and visit with ya'll a bit before Friday. We'll see ya then....
And oh by the way...you know, birds do fly right? If I were ya'll, ya'll might ought to be looking up in the sky somewhat......should be fun! The Pit Bull, Brittan Pittman to ya'll, is gonna be catching some of my passes...hahaha Pit Bull get it???? See Ya!
