read it several times everyday, got back from the Doc in Abilene, will be sidelined this Friday, found out blown acl and mcl...will listen to the Mighty Mustangs on the radio......did want to go, but my brace is coming from Calif...will be a while.............go stangs.

You got that right, am too old to play anything but parchisi or checkers. It took me 54 years to hurt a knee, but I did do a good job of it. Don't worry about making light of it, the Doc told me that if I was younger I would be a good candidate for reconstruction, but that I was too old. Men of my age do not have a good success rate with the surgery. You want to kick my dog now, Doc.

Good luck on that knee, Clifford. However, I have known guys way older then you to have complete knee replacements. It can be done by the right doc. I also know about this disability thing. Right now I am awaiting a urology thing that was discovered while having the colonectomy. The colonectomy turned out fine. I would probably be back to 70% if the urology thing hadn't jumped up. Don't let them scare you off. The knee can be fixed by the right doc.

THANKS JB, I DID NOT REALLY THINK AT 54, THAT I SHOULD BE LEAD BEHIND THE SHED AND SHOT. I AM GOING TO TRY THIS HI-PRICED NFL BRACE, IF THE INSURANCE COMPANY APPROVES, AND THEN GO FROM THERE.
AND YOU CONTINUE TO HANG IN THERE. SOUNDS LIKE YOU ARE..........
