No shame in Sweetwater's game

Congrats Mustangs on a great game.
But more importantly, congrats on a very special season. I am so proud of ya'll...I am really, really proud of all of you.
You probably aren't feeling the best right now, but just think about the overall season. It was fun and exciting...and you Mustangs were one of the few remaining teams left in the state!
And how bout a word about the Mustang fans????? Just incredible the noise I heard.....
I understand the fans didn't sit the whole game...what a great town Sweetwater is.
Nothing to hang your heads about...it was a very very good season. I'll write more in the coming days about the season overall. But I just wanted you to know how proud I am of you Mustangs. Great job!!!!

Lew, I just want to say what a classy team Sweetwater has in it's Mustangs. Not only on the field but when they combined with Tatum in prayer after the game that truly was something special. It reflected the character of your coach, team and town. Those of you in Sweetwater have reason to be proud and it showed. I know there can only be one winner, but tonight, I felt I was watching two winners. Congratulations to the Mustangs and their fans on a wonderful season.

Lew ,just wanted to thank you for supporting the Mustangs and having this site. A lot of people don't get to hear much about us out here in wt. They got a chance to learn a little about our football team, as well as our community,so we thank you for that.You really represented Sweetwater with pride and class.

Thanks so much for your kind words. Please know that as a Big Red Fan...eveytime I had a chance to talk about Mustang football, was a chance that really made the sun shine in my life.
Please take care, and let's not forget track season will be here soon. I don't want to say anything that might jinx the Roadrunner....but I seem to remember back in the day, another #22 that was once considered the "fastest human on earth". I would like to see a certain #22 become the fastest human in 3A in Texas this year! Take care, and hope to talk again soon!

Lew, no hard feelings, but I'm Skye's dad I know people in Sweetwater got a good laugh off of that one..lol. And you're right Skye's mom and myself can go get him if we need to, as long as it's not over 40 yds....lol AGAIN THANKS VERY MUCH!
