Congrats on your victory over the Sweetwater Mustangs Friday night.
Your team played very well, and more importantly, with alot of class. I think we all knew going in that this game was going to be a war, and it was.
I would like to point out that in your game with Wylie, you got robbed one that one call where the Wylie player fumbled before going into the end zone..That should not have been a touchdown.
But guess what? Football karma has a way of returning the favor. Now please don't think we are taking anything away from your victory, but watch this clip, and you decide if this was a mistake called by the officials that gave Clyde the ball, and consequesntly, the go ahead touchdown.
Thanks mucho to Kevin Wright for the great video.
Hopefully, we will get to see ya'll again in the playoffs. Perhaps then, the football karma will be on our side then.

Dear Sweetwater,
I have already spoke to several Clyde people who hoped that it wasn't a bad call. It obviously was. Sincere apologies. If the refs will make a blunder like that in Sweetwater's favor against Wylie that costs Wylie the game, I guess the circle will be complete. Good luck Friday.

I want to thank you for stepping up. it takes alot of class to admit maybe your team got a win due to a flub by the refs. congratulations on your teams win though, they played a great game and are a classy bunch. we look forward to meeting you guys again possibly in the playoffs. if not we will be there next year.

There is an article in the ARN where both coaches have reviewed the play and concurred with the ref's call. Unfortunately the video you are showing isn't the one recovered by Wes Liles. I can say this because of where we were sitting in the stands. That fumble was closer to the goal line and the sideline, and the Sweetwater player was facing our stands. The fumble you are showing above I agree though that his knee was down.

Just wondering when and where the retraction may come in. Both your coach and ours have reviewed the play and said it was a fumble I was standing right there at the game and saw it was a fumble have seen the tape also and clearly a fumble. Great game though and good luck.
