What will you remember best about high school: 6:15 a.m. cross country and soccer practices! Getting up early everyday helped me develop determination and perseverance as I worked toward improving myself and my athletic abilities.
What advice do you have for underclassmen: Author Ursula K. Le Guin once said, “It is good to have an end to journey towards; but it is the journey that matters in the end.” Make the most of every opportunity in high school, whether that means studying for a test, serving others by volunteering in the community, or giving 100 percent at an athletic competition. Remember to enjoy every moment. High school will be over before you know it.
