NEW HEISMAN FRONT-RUNNER

I called for Mark Sanchez (USC QB) to win the Heisman Trophy this year.

Unless something crazy happens - like everyone in the Big 12 and SEC losing two games and USC winning the rest of their games 53-0 - he is probably out of it after the loss last night.

I'd say the new front-runner is Knowshon Moreno, the Georgia RB. He's put up big numbers on a contending team and has that spectacular dive into the EZ that would be a great "picture" of his Heisman year.

The other guys in the mix right now are Missouri's Chase Daniel, obviously Florida's Tim Tebow and BYU's Max Hall.

My official pick has to stay Sanchez since I'm not one to change my pick mid-season. But I'd say right now, if the season ended today, Moreno would win it.
