SAME OLD TEXAS TECH

OK all you Texas Tech unrealists. Texas Tech is not any different than they've been the last few years.

They have an unbelieveable offense...huge numbers...dominate lesser opponents...sound familiar?

It's the same Tech team. They'll beat everyone they're supposed to into submission, but will lose to the first quality opponent they play - the Kansas Jayhawks.

They'll come off that loss with an uninspiring showing against Texas and will lose that game at home.

They'll get back on their feet with a win against Oklahoma State, then will get smeared by OU in Norman before completing the regular season with a home win against Baylor.

Tech will finish the season 9-3 and play in the Holiday or Gator Bowl...

I'll believe in Tech when my main man Taylor Potts is the starting QB.

Rogers,

Are you kidding? I'm disappointed in your lack of confidence for the pride of West Texas that is TTU. Unparalleled offense coupled with a much improved defense equals a Texas upset! Looks like you're just another pretentious pseudo-sports journalist that dedicates his career to overrating the beloved Longhorns. I can't wait to see your face, along with the other Mac Brown groupies in your industry, after Leach's boys stun the steers. I think the fact that only your mother reads and responds to your blogs is a good indication of how seriously football fans should take your opinions.

Regards,
