School activities/honors:
School Activities: Varsity Cheerleader (Freshmen and Sophomore), National Honor Society, Shamrock Yearbook Staff, UIL Mathematics ( team placed first at district and advanced to regionals), Student Health Advisory Council, and Junior Bank Board.
Honors: This year I received and award from the University Interscholastic League, President's Education Awards Program, and an Academic Excellence Award from the Academic Booster Club. Our Calculus team placed first at the Weatherford College Area Math Championship. I have received academic awards in Physics, Chemistry, Spanish 3, English 1, Theater Arts , Dance, and World Geography.
Future Plans: I will attend Tarleton State University in the fall to pursue my degree in Pre-Medicine.
What was the funniest thing, or the thing you will remember most, about high school? The best day of high school was when I found out I was going to be the Salutatorian.
What advice do you have for underclassmen to survive high school? My advice would be never to fall behind in your classes because you never know how crucial that one grade could be later.
What will you have to tell your classmates at your 10-year high school reunion? To the guy ranked third: "Wasn't it five thousandths of a point?"
