School activities/honors: Editor of yearbook, feature editor of school paper, National Honor Society vice president, Fellowship of Christian Students vice president, class reporter, Drum Major, All State Journalism Staff (junior year).   Activities: UIL, Journalism, Band, Spanish Club

Future Plans: Attend Wayland Baptist University with a major in English and minor in mass communications.  After that I hope to write books and eventually start a magazine and do some traveling.

What was the funniest thing, or the thing you will remember most, about high school? I will definitely miss spending  time with the band members.

What advice do you have for underclassmen to survive high school? I say, just do what you do.  Don't invest too much in "preparing for the future", you just might miss out on all that's happening in the present.  But at the same time, know that high school isn't all fun and games.  It does prepare you for the future, so make good decisions.

What will you have to tell your classmates at your 10-year high school reunion? Well, I hope to be able to say "Writing books?  It's what I love, it's a piece of cake.  And Europe?  It's lovely this time of year."
