Though there won't be any more competition for the rest of the festival, the film screenings continue through Saturday. Tonight's biggest screening is for "Reign Over Me" tonight at the Paramount Theater. The film stars Don Cheadle and Adam Sandler, as a husband and father who lost his family in the 9/11 attacks. The film opens in theaters nationwide this month.

The music festival officially kicks off today as well, meaning film fans will share the damp Austin streets with music buffs from around the world. We'll have more on the music highlights as the week progresses.
