Six-man Geography Lesson
By
September 19, 2008
I doubt too many folks that are not fans of six-man read this blog. This is addressing newbies mostly. I have mentioned before there are two divisions in Texas Six-man High School Football as governed by the Texas U.I.L.. Each of the two divisions are divided into four regions. Are you with me so far? Each of the regions have three districts. Because of the odd number of districts, when playoff time rolls around, there are byes in each region. What that means is one of the districts winner and runner up gets a free pass in the first round of the playoffs. Lousy. Even so, that is the way it is. Does everyone understand? I will tell you more.
