Well, so do we. Now, we're just going to tell you about it.

Welcome to a world of restaurant and food reviews to which you can relate. This will not be the kind of review writing that you would get in Bon Appétit or from Tom Vodak from FoodTab or even Food Network (which is delicious television, by the way). No fancy rating system, no hidden agenda designed to pay back servers that spilled spaghetti on my white Polo shirt.  We are just regular guys telling you about what we ate, and whether you should eat it.  That's it.  Think of us as your personal food tasters (Let's just hope we don't get poisoned...).

I remember being on a plane from Dallas to Abilene (you know...the one that can induce motion sickness?).  There was a group of people coming to town for a sporting clay event and they asked everyone on the plane where to eat.  They got 15 different answers.  From Perini Ranch to Towne Crier to Zentner's Daugther (They closed years ago!).  My point is, everyone has different tastes.  You may love the Texas China Buffet, we may not.  We won't mean to offend you (or the fine folks at Texas China), but we are going to try to be as honest and real as possible.  

We don't always eat together, by the way.  We do have other friends.  Guess what?  They all eat too!  Every single day!  So, you may hear the thoughts from one of our friends about their Sunday experience at Blue Taco, their Tuesday lunch at Dairy Queen or even their night out at Copper Creek.  We may even give some thoughts on different spots from around the country in case you are traveling to say, Chicago, Las Vegas or Clayton, New Mexico (The Rabbit Ears Café is greasy, but delicious).

All of this to say, stay tuned for "professional" food reviews, food photos, interviews and links to restaurants that are responsible for making our pants fit just a little tighter every single day.
