Gov. Bill Richardson definitely has a knack for shifting rhetorical gears.

At a press conference this morning to talk about school-based health centers, Richardson was all smiles, mugging with students and posing for photos. Gesturing to a big student from West Las Vegas, he asked for someone to introduce the kids in the audience.

"Who's this guy? I want to go a few rounds with him," Richardson said. He later posed in boxing stance with the bemused kid.
