Felder pleads not guilty

Herbert Felder waived his appearance in Metro Court and entered a not guilty plea Friday. His case is being set for trial. I wrote a story for today's paper about Felder, who faces misdemeanor charges of resisting arrest and failure to obey police during an altercation outside a Downtown nightclub July 7. Rudy Chavez is representing Felder and offered some insight into his client's perspective on the charges.
