Serving alongside you has been my life's honor, my lords
I haven't been on the ball with my blog lately, which stinks. I should have been blowing this thing out. I started writing a few different things, but none of it really worked. I don't even know what to say about the NBA right now, except I wish the playoffs started tomorrow.
There's a story by me today about J.R. Giddens that's worth looking at if you're a fan of the Lobos or sensational writing. (That's a stretch. It's good; not great.) And tomorrow's (Saturday's) final Tribune is absolutely amazing. I've seen it, and the photos are a knockout, so be sure to check it out.
I have some thoughts about leaving...

Done as disco

That is one cool baby.
This is the second-or-third-to-last Flip Side blog post ever. The Trib's closing on Saturday. Some groups were apparently trying to buy us, but in the business world newspapers are better off folding for nothing than being passed from one company to another in exchange for money.

Drunkenstein's
Did you hear about that psycho who was all set to start shooting people at the Super Bowl?
This is from the AP:

I don't know why. That name's great.
Anyway....

Terrelle Pryor

It's national signing day, and something pretty interesting is happening in Pennsylvania. A kid named Terrelle Pryor is deciding between Michigan, Ohio State and Penn St. He was supposed to announce his decision today, but instead decided to put it off. He was down to the Wolverines or Buckeyes, I'm reading, but wants to give Penn St. one more look. (That man-among-munchkins photo is courtesy AP.)
Bandit0-esque fans for all three teams are probably going nuts right now. A lot - potentially - hangs on his choice.
