Rio Rancho High
Senior Thoughts
By Nicoletta DiVasto Someone once said, "Don't live down to your expectations. Go out there and do something remarkable." The class of 2006 is one that will stand out from any other at Rio Rancho High School. It is the one that will be on everyone's lips for years to come. We are remarkable in every way possible. We are the state champions. We are the Academic Olympiads. We are the beautiful prom and homecoming queens. We are the football, basketball, baseball, swim team, and track stars. We've won the state titles, we've taken the prizes. We've bonded and fought. We've cried and laughed. We are the couples in what we believe to be "love," and the broken hearts that have already experienced it. We are the best friends who are now getting houses together and the friends who have to go across the country to start the next part of our lives. We've looked forward to the day for it all to end with a passion, but regretted it when it has come down to it. These are the days, these are the moments, that have made high school every experience it has been. We are unforgettable, even if it's just to each other. Yes, we may meet in 10 years and be completely different, but we have left our mark on history and on each other's hearts. We are the class of 2006, and we are something remarkable. COMMENTS
