It is time to Blog
We just discussed our new Weather Blog on the 6 PM newscast. Let us know what you think.
Weatherwise, the pattern we are in is not a good one for precipitation. We will have a lot of wind, but we are expecting it to stay dry for a while.
More later.....

I'm really enjoying reading this blog. I'd love to see detailed information whenever there's severe weather. A weather blog is a very good idea.

Good evening. I hope this "first post" nonsense doesn't get started. Anyhow, we've been real dry the past month or so. These next two storms seem to bypass us without any moisture. Are we in a prolonged dry pattern or is it just a matter of bad luck? The forecast for the next week doesn't seem promising for substantial (if any) rain. Yes, I'm concerned about my newly seeded grass and early season garden vegies.
Salmon,
I do believe we will have average to perhaps above average rainfall this spring. We are just in the part of the pattern that is dry.

I just wanted to say i like watching your forecasts but when severe weather hits i seem to turn to other channels becuase they have more "extra's" to show the viewers. i.e. channel 9 has that viper rader it and channel 5 has where you can see the wind speed around a possible tornado. Like i siad i seem to watch and go by what you say for temps, it just seem like you are lacking in the extra maps feature. Keep up the good work.
Brad,
Great ideas, but I know how we can make ours work for you. Keep watching.
