i was just wondering if the storms in southern Kansas were going to make it to Lee's Summit and what time will they'll be here.

ZACH:
Sorry, but it's hard for us to answer such immediate questions on the blog. When we're tracking storms, we usually don't have much time... but we try to respond when we can!!
Thanks for blogging with us!

Are you expecting any more severe t-storms tonight?
Are we going into a lengthy dry period?
TERESA:
Thanks for posting! The severe weather threat for the overnight is pretty much over... although going into the early afternoon there is a *slight* risk of isolated severe storms. After this front comes through tonight... we should be dry for a good period of time.

Gary:
Can you tell me what the rainfall total for Sunday, June 11 in Prairie Village?
I don't want my e-mail to be posted with your response.
Thanks.
MARY ANNE:
According to Meteorologist Jeff Penner's rain guage in southern Prairie Village... the answer to your question is: .35"
Hope that helps you!
