Wow
TODAY'S NUMBERS:
HIGH: 82
LOW: 58
POLLEN: LOW
MOLD: HIGH
What an amazing day... this is MY idea of a perfect day. Gary has his 71 degrees as perfect... for me it is right around 80. I hope you got to enjoy it!
The heavy rains some of us saw over the weekend have brought up our mold count around the area! This will keep spore counts high for a few days, but they should start to deminish as we dry out again. The chance for rain is dwindling for the Tuesday night/Wednesday cold front. It just doesn't look like it will amount to much:

It's not much of a front, and there is really not much moisture to work with. Right now, our dew points are only in the upper 40s! We'll keep a 20% chance in just in case.
After that front comes through, we should see a warming trend as we head into the 2nd half of the week. We'll be back in northwest flow... so we'll have to watch for the chance of scattered thunderstorms over the weekend.
Enjoy a BEAUTIFUL evening!

I have to agree with you Jamie, today was perfect!! Especially this morning. I love getting up early with my coffee and sitting on the deck with our dogs. It's just so quiet and peaceful. It was nice to have a break from the heat and humidity.
I didn't post on the other thread, your dog is a doll baby! She just has a face you could just grab and kiss...lol Oh and the baby is a sweetheart! You sound very like a very proud god mother :)
DONNA:
That sounds like a perfect morning with the doggies! I know Mags loves it outside in this weather, too! She isn't a fan of the heat and humidity. Thank you for your nice comments! Not only is Mags a cutie... she has the sweetest heart! :) She was actually here at the station today... she just LOVES coming here... it is really funny to watch her go nuts!

I noticed some rain on the ESP radar. Is it going to rain in Kansas City tonight?
thanks!

SARA:
There is just a 20% chance of a spotty shower or thunderstorm this evening. Most places will stay dry.
