60-plus years and still here

While the A-team Cardinals were in Tampa and minor
league players scampered around the Jupiter complex at
Roger Dean, Cardinals' Special Assistant to the
General Manager Red Schoendienst sat in a golf car
enjoying his 64th season of spring training.
"I like being around; I like to know who's who and
what's going on," he said.
He was elected to the Hall-of-Fame in 1989.
