Mark Foley Sighting!

WASHINGTON - Wondering where Mark Foley is these days?
The former congressman was spotted in front of his Capitol Hill home on Tuesday, the Washington Post reports in a small blurb today.
Foley was seen around 6:30 a.m. "fussing with a garbage bag in the front yard and ducking back into the house when he saw a neighbor walking her dog."
He was apparently in town to move out of his mustard-colored digs. But it appears he wasn't in the (very snowy and slushy!) Beltway for very long. A knock on his door went unanswered earlier today.
Foley was last seen two weeks ago at Palm Beach Internationational airport, waiting for his luggage.
