Mahoney: Prez Bush, Libby 'above the law.'

Rep Tim Mahoney had this to say the following the President's decision to commute the sentence of I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby:
"With the commutation of Mr. Libby's sentence, the President once again has told the American people that he and those who serve him are above the law and the will of the American people," Mahoney said. "The American people want elected leaders that defend the Constitution, uphold our laws, and protect our civil liberties. As a member of Congress, I will continue to fulfill my constitutional responsibility to hold this administration accountable to the American people."
