Seems like more and more people are using alternative means, like youtube.com, to market their properties. Are you using any of these methods to help market your homes? Any success stories out there?

I've heard some people are now trading in and even exchanging homes. Check out OnlineHouseTraders.com below. New gimmick or does it really work? The pitch almost sounds like a dating service -- doesn't it? Has anyone tried it?

I wonder what they'll come up with next.
