DiVosta Building Corp., which since December has announced three separate layoffs totaling 266 employees and has consolidated its Treasure Coast and Palm Beach operations into an office in Orlando as its parent company's president called this a "difficult" homebuilding environment, is going to have a weekend sale.
Prices will be cut $10,000 to $103,000 on some southeast Florida homes the weekend of June 22-24.
Calling it a deal of a lifetime, the homebuilder, the fourth largest on the Treasure Coast, also will trim $10,000 on those who have a DiVosta "Deal Of A Lifetime" coupon.
