To mark the start of summer, Tropical Smoothie Cafe is encouraging patrons to wear flip-flops Thursday. The first 500 patrons at each Treasure Coast Tropical Smoothie location wearing the opened footwear will receive a free 24-ounce Jetty Punch smoothie, the company announced. By the way, Thursday is also National Flip-Flop Day.
