Will the The Ginn Classic save the Treasure Coast housing market?

Just got back from the formal The Ginn Classic announcement at The Tesoro Club in Port St. Lucie this morning. I talked to some of the sales folks at Tesoro who were super excited about the golf tournament. They say it will bring more home sales to Tesoro.
Additionally, the spill over effect of spectators looking to buy second homes -- by the beach or at another golf course community -- may even spread to other parts of the county and the Treasure Coast. The tour is scheduled to be played Oct. 25-28.
So Realtors, get some new golf spikes and practice those swings because it looks like you might have a rush of would-be buyers here in the fall.
