Target to open July 25, official says

The new Target at 10720 SW Village Drive in Port St. Lucie will have a soft opening starting 8 a.m. July 25, with the official opening set for July 29, a spokesman for the Minneapolis-based retail giant said Monday.
Store hours will be 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Sundays. The official opening date is tied with nearly 40 others that will formally be opened that day. The retailer opens stores three times during the year, in March, July and October.
The company will have an invite-only affair - Very Important Guests - at the store on July 24.
The store will the Core Communities 600,000-square-foot The Landing at Tradition. Other tenants include: Bed, Bath & Beyond; Lane Bryant-Cacique; L.A. Fitness; PetSmart; Pier 1 Imports; The Sports Authority; and ULTA Salon, Cosmetics & Fragrance. Restaurants include Olive Garden and Longhorn Steakhouse.
