Iowa Park 27, Gainesville 24 IOWA PARK - With 37 seconds left in the game, Iowa Park's Troy Williams scored the game-winning touchdown from 5 yards out to secure a 27-24 win over the Gainesville Leopards Friday night. Richard Smoak scored the other two touchdowns for the Hawks in the first quarter - one was from 4 yards out and the other was a 3-yard scamper. Smoak finished the game with 88 yards on 12 carries. Gainesville's Zac McFarlin almost single-handedly won the game for the Leopards with two touchdown passes and a 5-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter. Deshaun Franklin led the team in rushing with 75 yards on 18 carries for Gainesville. The Hawks get their first win of the season with the three-point victory and move to 1-3. What was really sady with this game is the officails had their heads up their butt, as well as the coaches for both teams. You know when the players don't want to really play you need to start looking at the coaching staff.
