Munday joins newest AP rankings

Munday became the area's sixth team to join the Associated Press' Texas high school football poll, debuting at No. 9 in Class A.

Rider stayed at No. 9 in Class 4A, while Graham and Vernon each moved up two spots in the Class 3A poll, jumping to No. 6 and No. 8 respectively.

Holliday dropped down to No. 7 even though the Eagles were idle, while Windthorst remained at No. 6 in Class A.
