Friday night Lights (or losses)

Friday Night Lights was a natural name for a show. It's life in Texas and other football-loving states.
But if it wasn't for Thursday night football, the Wichita Falls ISD teams would be 0-fer-the season.
Hirschi is 1-0 on Thursday and WFHS is 1-1 on Thursdays (2-0 with any officiating breaks in the opener).
But on Fridays the Huskies are 0-4, Rider is 0-5 and Old High is 0-3.
All three have a chance to win tonight against Vernon, The Colony and Little Elm.
The imperfect Friday night record will be gone by the time the local news comes on.
